Can I get a discount?
Customers who visit us at the Christmasworld Trade show are eligible for a discount as we list show specials.

Retail customers who are ordering in large volumes are also eligible for a discount.

What are your minimum quantities?
The prices which you see on our wholesale website are FOB Bangkok (Free on Board) and are for a minimum of a 20' container.
We understand some customers wish to mix multiple items within a container, and we welcome customers to do so as long as the request is within reason.
If you wish to buy less than a 20' container, we are also happy to sell you on an ex-work basis with the same prices. You will be responsible for the pickup from our factory. Please contact us directly before finalizing your order at info@treeclassics.co.th
How long does it take to produce? and how long does it take to ship to my country?
We ask customers to give us a minimum of 90 days to produce your goods. Depending on the volume and complexity of your order, production may be faster or slower. In all cases we'll confirm to you delivery time well in advance.
From Thailand, shipment times by sea range from 30-40 days for Europe and Australia, and 45-60 days for the Americas.
Due to the ever changing world situation, shipment times have been inconsistent and we recommend all customers to purchase and ship early.
What does FOB mean for your prices?
FOB, which stands for "Free On Board," is a widely used international trade term that defines the point at which ownership and risk of loss or damage of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer. FOB indicates the specific location where this transfer occurs. In our case the goods are dispatched from BANGKOK PORT (BKK)
Can your products be used in the EU?
Yes. The materials we use are all approved for importation into the EU. If you purchase from us we are happy to provide you the necessary paperwork.
Can you arrange shipping for me?
We can arrange freight for you from Thailand at the market price. Freight is 100% prepaid and subject to a service fee.
Can I buy just one tree? Or less than a container load?
Sure! We have the ability to send trees directly via FedEx from Thailand when we aren't busy (but you're paying for it!) but frankly speaking, it'll probably be cheaper to buy it locally from over of our many distributors.

If you want us to ship LCL (less container load), we are able to accommodate that as well provided you're willing to cover the shipping.
Can I customize my tree? Add lights? Add cones?
As a factory, we are well equipped to customize trees. Sometimes decorators and department stores have specific size requirements for goods - and we work together to design and create the appropriate goods.
However as we work on a volume business, small customizations without volume may drastically effect the price as we would be asking our sample department to make the trees custom for you.
